OMG IS THAT A CHOCOBO! 8D No she is not riding on the backs of two people in that costume, it's actually a giant chocobo plush. Also she made feet at the bottom and it's actually her feet so it's looks like she's riding it but also controlling it. I hope it doesn't sounding confusing I've tried to explain the best I could
